Our choice to be a sustainable business was materialised by verifying where our fabrics
originate, how they are made, and how our clothes are manufactured. This means that we have
nothing to hide, in fact, we are happy to share this information with you. We think this
level of transparency should become the industry standard – you deserve to know where your
clothes come from! Just scan the QR code on the tag of your garment to find out the fabric
type and certifications, the story behind it, and many other interesting details.
Italy has a rich history of artisans, with the first professional guilds established almost 1000 years ago. The artisanship at its highest levels, besides the exceptional quality, transmits the soul and passion of the artisan creating it. When you pick up a handmade item, the seams, the pleats, and other finishes are all unique and entirely handmade. Many factories and studios, being small/family owned businesses, have been severely affected by the recent global events. We see the impending threat, posed by outsourcing, boot-strapping and globalization, of small local artisans falling through. We want to prevent that at all costs. We support small local producers of northern regions of Italy, because we appreciate their unique skills and unmatched dedication to fashion.
In our opinion, there are several defining factors to italian clothing, fit being one of them. Through meticulous care and numerous fittings we are able to achieve an elegant, yet comfortable fit. This is only possible through a high level of craftsmanship Italy is known for, and our “slow fashion” approach to design. Our collection is composed of garments you can wear anywhere and always feel comfortable and confident. The fit, while oversized, will highlight all of your best parts and flatter your figure. Our goal was to cover any possible activity or journey you may embark on from having a coffee on the couch, to flying internationally or attending an event.
The fashion industry is one of the top global polluters – it is time to change that. With our brand we aim to prove that sustainability does not mean unattractive or uncomfortable clothing. You can wear tasteful and luxurious items, while knowing that your choice is not harming the planet. Our fabrics are sourced sustainably and our production process heavily relies on green energy (sun and water). In the era of fast fashion, we aim to create slow fashion. Our designs are timeless and our quality is exemplary – which means you will be able to get the most out of your clothing before giving it a second life. The world of fashion is changing, and us and our partners are making all of the efforts to be at the forefront of that change.
We want to create, support, and nourish a community of successful and tasteful individuals. We understand the hectic lifestyle of a modern woman – juggling responsibilities, working towards a goal, and taking care of herself. In fact, there are empowered and motivated women controlling almost every step of our supply chain. This is precisely why we consider “me-time” a necessity and have structured our brand around the nourishment of your self-love. Whether you’re creating something innovative, building a business, taking care of a family, or dedicating yourself to anything else – you are always giving yourself away. The need to recharge and invest in yourself is universal for all women around the world. We want to connect these women through our brand and COSY SUNDAY Club.
